Our story
Santiago has had many names throughout its history. In 1695, for example, it was known as “Cuarizesapa.” This name is the inspiration for Cüari, a restaurant that seeks to honor the history and essence of Santiago.
At Cüari we celebrate this heritage through a varied cuisine, crafted to satisfy even the most demanding palates. It is an honor to welcome you, and we invite you to enjoy everything from a wide selection of breakfasts to select cuts worthy of a true delicacy.
