GRUPO DASAOR, S.A. de C.V., with address at Calle José María Morelos 204, Col. Santiago Centro, C.P. 67310, Santiago, Nuevo León, México, operator of the CÜARI Terraza restaurant, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

This website has no data capture forms. We collect personal data only when you contact us voluntarily via WhatsApp, phone or email, and it is limited to: name; phone number; email address, when you provide it; and information related to your request, such as date, time and party size for a reservation.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset information.

Primary purposes, necessary to serve you: managing, confirming and following up on reservation requests; answering questions, comments or information requests; and quoting and coordinating private events.

Secondary purposes, not necessary to serve you: sending you information about promotions, events or restaurant news.

If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, you may say so by writing to st.cuari@gmail.com. Your refusal will not be grounds for denying you the services you request.

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except in the cases set out in article 37 of the Law, which do not require your consent.

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and the conditions of that use (Access). You may also request correction of your personal information when it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); its removal from our records when you consider it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations set out in the applicable rules (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to st.cuari@gmail.com stating your name, a means to communicate our response, a clear description of the data involved and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum of twenty business days.

You may withdraw at any time the consent you have given us to process your personal data by sending your request to st.cuari@gmail.com. Due to legal obligations, we may need to keep processing your data for a set period.

This site uses only technical cookies necessary for it to work, such as remembering your language and visual theme preference. These cookies do not collect personal data and are not used for advertising. You can disable them from your browser settings.

Any change to this notice will be published on this same page, stating the date of the last update. We suggest reviewing it periodically.
